Ordering Form
Through this form you can order CD's by Camerata Trajectina and some Dutch books. In order to be able to process your request correctly, it is nessecary for you to fill out all fields marked with a '*'. You can add your remarks in the field at the bottom of this form.
It is possible that your browser configuration doesn't allow the form to calculate the prices. In that case, please send us an e-mail with your wishes. We will then inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.
Special promotion offer!
If you order the CD Jan Steen, painter and storyteller together with another item, you will get a reduction of € 5,00, together with 2 other items a reduction of € 10,00. When ordering 3 other items, we will include this CD as a free bonus.
Temporarily we are charging only € 1,00 packing and shipping for delivering CD's within The Netherlands, regardless of the quantity. For deliveries within the EU, in Norway and in Switzerland we will charge you € 3,00; outside these countries we will charge € 5,00. If your order contains any books, we will have to add € 5,00 to the costs of packing and shipping.
All prices include 19% VAT for CD's or 6% VAT for books. Specification will be stated on your invoice.
You will recieve a confirmation of your order through e-mail. When we have recieved the total amount on our banking account, we will send you the ordered items. Please, allow us some time for sending your package, since our office is not manned on a daily basis.
